A day out. A busy group. And that familiar question: which coach are they on?
Meet Is Everything Safe Groups. A wristband connects someone who needs help with the adults responsible for their outing.
Choose one shared contact code for the group. Or individual codes, so you can record attendance too.
Bring staff and helpers into the event. As people board, scan their bands and see each saved check in.
Helpers work on their coach. Organisers see the whole register, including who still needs checking before departure.
Print disposable bands or cards, or use reusable durable bands. When the event ends, contacts stop being shared and codes go back into stock for reuse.
